Grant Wrathall

Grant has been the fearless leader and driving force of the company since its inception. He started the company in the early 80s, which was a very difficult economic time for Alberta. He quickly learned the niche market of the industrial electrical industry. He has vast experience in the electrical industry and is constantly contacted for his knowledge in many aspects. With his consistent commitment to his customers and employees, Grant is always known for his old-school business attitude.
Grant will be greatly missed and always remembered by his family, his team, and the many customers whose lives he touched over four decades of dedicated service.

Lee is Grant's partner in business and life. They started this business venture soon after they married. Their commitment to each other in business and life has been paramount to the success of the office work within Gran-Lee since its inauguration.
Blair Wrathall
Chief Operating Officer
Certified Engineering Technologist / Master Electrician As the only son of Grant and Lee Wrathall, Blair developed a passion for the electrical industry at an early age. He graduated from SAIT's Electrical Engineering Technology (EET) program in 2002 and immediately joined Gran-Lee Electric full-time. Committed to continuous professional growth, Blair challenged and successfully obtained both his Journeyman and Master Electrician certifications, earning his Master Electrician designation in 2008. His combination of technical education, hands-on field experience, and practical problem-solving skills has made him an invaluable resource to both clients and colleagues. Blair's expertise lies in troubleshooting complex electrical and control system issues, as well as renovations and system upgrades. His ability to identify practical, cost-effective solutions has saved customers significant time and money while helping build lasting relationships based on trust and reliability. A strong advocate for innovation and emerging technologies, Blair is passionate about integrating modern automation, controls, and digital solutions into projects to create long-term value for customers. His forward-thinking approach and commitment to excellence continue to drive the growth and evolution of Gran-Lee Electric, helping position the company for future success. Today, Blair serves as Chief Operating Officer of Gran-Lee Electric, providing leadership in operations, project execution, automation, and strategic growth while carrying forward the values and vision on which the company was built.
